Nicholas McKie began his coaching training in Boston, Massachusetts through the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation. As Director of Persyou Ltd he works with individuals, teams and organisations all over the world to unlock their leadership potential and to empower people to flourish. 

Nicholas believes that coaching is a collaborative partnership that provides you with space to stand back and explore how you can learn and develop new ways of thinking. He uses a broad range of tools and techniques including strengths assessments, embodiment, and systemic mapping to help you deepen your self-awareness, create coherence and flow to create transformational change. 

Nicholas is a huge Northampton Saints rugby fan and watches them live as much as possible as well as swimming, golf, singing in choirs, African drumming and travelling.
